Recruitment Consultant

Location: Palmerston North, Manawatu-Wanganui

Our team in Auckland is expanding and we are seeking an agency recruitment specialist to join the team!
You will have the following skills and attributes:
Minimum 2+ years agency recruitment experience
Proven business development skills
The ability to work in the fast paced temporary space as well as permanent recruitment
Established client relationship management skills
Flexibility to work the hours needed to get the job done
Professional communication and presentation
Strong and accurate administration skills
Full class one drivers license
Drug and conviction free
This is a fast paced and exciting role, where we work hard and play hard. Whilst the office hours are 830am to 5pm, due to the nature of the temporary business there are often calls before and after work, so this will not suit some one seeking the 9-5 work life. Our office will be located in the East Tamaki area.
Action Personnel has been around for over 35 years and is now growing across the country so this is a ground floor opportunity to establish yourself and grow with our business.
On offer - generous base salary + commission on all placements including temporary roles + bonuses around KPI's annually. Your OTE in the first year based on performance will be $80+. We are close team and bring everyone together several times a year to ensure we work together and learn from each other. We do not want someone who wants to tick a box, this is a role where you will be an integral part of our team and you will be treated with value and respect.
