We are looking for an accomplished Site Manager to join one of New Zealand’s leading commercial construction businesses. This is a business-critical role, the right person will help not only with the delivery of this flagship project but also increase the capabilities within the greater Manawatu region.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid commercial construction background in a site management capacity (4+ years). Experience working on medium to large-scale commercial projects from $15m to $50m+ will be advantageous. You will have a successful performance record of managing projects as well as the drive and tenacity to deliver projects to the highest standard. You will have a solid structural background and a strong understanding of NZ building regulations, standards and construction methodologies with a passion for HSE and providing strong leadership. A relevant trade or tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
