We are looking for a fulltime qualified motor mechanic to join our reputable company within the Palmerston North area. Our client pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service, a high level of customer loyalty and an old school approach for those classics that enter our workshop.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
• Have a passion and focus for working in the vehicle servicing industry and a drive for the highest standards in workmanship and customer service
• Be a good representative for the company
• Have the ability to work to high standards with a motivated attitude and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated experience of all Vehicle servicing both modern and (classic not essential)
• A drive to succeed both as an individual and as part of the team
• Have extensive experience as an Auto mechanic
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to work without supervision
• Excellent / Strong diagnostic ability
• Trade qualified in Automotive Industry or must hold a AVI (WOF) Certification
• Driver’s licence
All successful applicants will need to pass a pre-employment medical, drug screening test, Criminal Conviction check and occupational health and safety orientation test.
