Adminstrator

Location: Longburn, Manawatu-Wanganui

We are currently looking for an administrator for our well-known client in Longburn. If you are experienced with payroll systems and other software e.g Excel, Word, Commac and Exonet then this is the job for you!
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Transmitting payroll information
- Stock management for the branch
- Sending daily production, weekly productivity analysis and delivery dockets reports to head office
- Collecting outstanding debts from the debtors
- Being the first port of call for all customer queries and complaints
- Perform office related administration duties effectively
- Liaising with timber, nails, paint and other suppliers and meet them if required as per instructions of the Branch Manager
- Assisting the Branch Manager in compiling budgets and analysing variances
- Undertaking other duties that are requested from the Branch Manager and CFO from time to time and accept changes and responsibilities as required by organisational change.
