Branch Manager - Recruitment

Location: Palmerston North, Manawatu-Wanganui

Due to internal promotion we are seeking an exceptional and experienced agency recruitment manager to join our very successful Palmerston North team. You may have been a senior agency recruiter looking to step up or an existing recruitment manager looking to work for one of the fastest growing businesses in New Zealand!

We are a generalist recruiter and work with many industries across both blue and white collar roles as well as temp, contract and perm. You will have experience in managing fast paced and busy desks as well as leading a team to success. Your ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders, candidates and clients, will be excellent along with your business development skills. This role is not for the faint hearted - it's a very busy office and we are seeking someone who can keep their finger on the pulse of what is happening at their branch at all times. You will also be doing hands on recruitment to support your team and managing a portfolio of clients. Experience in government recruitment would be advantageous but not essential.

The must haves:
* Previous agency experience as a manager or senior consultant
* Business development skills
* Team management skills
* Full class 1 drivers license
* Sense of humor
