On behalf of our well respected Palmerston North based real estate client we seek a customer focused people person with excellent administration skills to join their dynamic and talented team.
This is a busy role, dealing with both tenants and property owners, arranging rentals and agreements, maintenance needs, compliance, client communication and more. Your days will be busy and varied.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
You will also require a clean NZ full drivers license, along with clean MOJ and drug tests.
Salary will be based on experience and skills and an excellent package will be negotiated for the right person.
