You will be responsible for supporting the Production Lead in the management of all production activities for the company in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Winning their first contract in 2000, they quickly grew to become a major provider of new build HVAC equipment for passenger trains and locomotives in the Australian market, building a wealth of experience especially in high ambient temperature environments.
Now, in 2023 this company has expanded into Australia with branches in Victoria and Western Australia as well as the ever-expanding branch here in Palmerston North.

We are looking for a Production Team Leaders with strong experience in manufacturing and engineering processes and the supervision of staff. You would be responsible for supporting the Production Lead in the management of all production activities for the company in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing and engineering industries

• Strong leadership style
• A hands on leader who is happy to get on the tools when needed
