We are seeking Experienced Painters to join our dynamic team of skilled professionals. This position is ideal for individuals who have a solid background in painting techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. Our ideal candidates should be comfortable working in different environments, possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, and meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Mix paints and other materials according to specifications
Evaluate job site conditions and communicate project needs effectively
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues immediately.

Requirements
Proven experience as a painter
In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, colors, and finishes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently

Renumeration will be based on experience.
