We are currently looking for a retail shop Supervisor for one of our well respected client in the Palmy CBD!

This role is Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5:30 pm week days, with weekend
shifts if required.
This is a hands on role so you will need to be fit and able to lift up to 25kg products.
We are seeking candidates who thrive on achieving results and passionate about the work they do.
This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate with guaranteed
hours.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing and motivating team to increase sales
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
- Responding customer complaints and comments
- Organizing special promotions, displays, events
- Dealing with staffing issues, conducting appraisals
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry,
- Understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing

Other requirements:
- 2 plus year's experience in retail/supervisory role
- Minimal to no convictions
- Great management of people
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Motivated and reliable
