We are looking for an experienced accounts payable person with sharp Microsoft Excel skills.
About the role:
Process vendor invoices through the ERP systems ad associated workflows.
Prepare payment batches as instructed.
Prepare vendor reconciliations and outstanding items.
Review and resolve outstanding purchases.
Set up and update vendor accounts in line with company policy.
Exhibit positive role model behaviour.
Excellent team player.
Knowledge & skills required:
Proficient Microsoft Excel user.
Experience in invoicing and reconciling.
Excellent communication skills.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Sound interpersonal skills.
