As recruitment commences for the Permanent Accounts Payable role, our client has offered this amazing temporary opportunity. This will see you working within the Project Controls team to support all accounts administration functions are carried out to optimum standards.

The day-to-day tasks include:

• Process supplier invoices
• Assist with project timesheet entry
• Setting up new suppliers
• Raising and reviewing purchase orders
• Payment requests from suppliers
• Obtain approvals of direct/AP invoices
• Prepare monthly accrual list invoices

It will be a hit the ground running type role and you will have great support system.
Our client provides comprehensive inductions from a Cultural and Health and Safety space and a bounty of professionals to support the role.
Travel to and from site is provided so you can sit back and enjoy the stunning West Coast.

To snag this gem you will need to have:
• Experience in accounts payable
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, accounting software and competent IT skills
• Must have a confident and friendly approach
• Current drivers license
