On behalf of our well respected retail client, specializing in quality furniture and beds, we seek an experienced retail sales person to work in their tranquil, but often busy central Palmerston North store. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, but dedicated team to use and grow your retail skills. The ideal candidate will have worked in a large format or busy retail store where you consult and advise your customers, working with them to find the right products and choices for them. You will have superior customer service skills and be able to communicate with people in friendly and confident manner.
Previous experience in retail furniture sales is preferred but not essential - your customer service and retail experience along with the right attitude and energy is what my customer really wants.
On offer is hourly pay plus team and individual incentives and commission along with staff buying privileges.
