Our client is a busy aluminum foundry company based in East Tamaki. On their behalf we are seeking an experienced machine operator and relief welder to join their friendly team. This is a varied and interesting role that requires previous experience and if possible qualifications. The person we are looking for will also have these additional skills:
• Machine operator 2+ years
• Engineering skills/mechanical aptitude
• Experienced in usage of hand tools and power tools
• Good hand eye co-ordination with MIG welding skills a definite advantage
• Able to lift molds and aluminum castings of varying sizes.
