We are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor for immediate start.

This is a hands on role in a busy cool store warehouse leading from the front and managing staff. We are seeking candidates that are not afraid to get amongst and help the team to carry on daily warehousing tasks.

This is a Monday-to-Friday role with one rostered Saturday per month, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Hours of work will be 10 am - 7:30 pm.

The ideal candidate will:
* Lead and manage a team of 5 staff
* Develop processes within the warehouse
* Health & safety champion - someone that adheres to H&S protocols
* Develop and grow the staff and not scared to have tough conversations around performance

We are seeking candidates who:
* Have a current forklift license with OSH
* Good computer knowledge
* Experience in leading a team
* Can pass a drug test and are drug free
* No convictions
* First Aid cert (desirable but not a deal breaker)
