This role is perfect for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Panel Beater/Spray Painter, you will play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring that both safety and aesthetics are prioritized. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, applying your expertise in panel beating and painting to create exceptional finishes.

Responsibilities
5 years plus experience in the industry.
Repair and restore damaged vehicle panels to their original condition.
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
Mix and match paint to achieve the desired color and finish.
Apply paint using spray guns and other techniques, ensuring a smooth and even application.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Work closely with other team members to complete projects within deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a panel beater or spray painter in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, materials, and repair techniques.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with various painting techniques and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Relevant certification or qualification in automotive body repair or a related field.
