Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of sites.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively during various tasks.
Load and unload materials and equipment as needed on job sites.
Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with coworkers.
Conduct basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.

Requirements
Full class 1 license and can operate manual vehicles.
Proven experience as a skilled laborer or similar role in the industry.
Familiarity with various hand and power tools.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices on construction sites.
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Can pass a drug test & no to minimal convictions.
