Our client is seeking a very hard working and fit worker to join their enviro team working in the Manawatu Gorge. You are going to be out in the bush, on the roads and everything in between completing environmental works such as moving native fauna, digging trenches, laying stones and so much more. A very high level of fitness is required and you must be prepared to work in all weather. To be considered for this role you must be drug free and have your own transport to get to the start site each morning in Ashhurst. Convictions assessed on a case by case basis. For the right person this assignment will go for a long time with a view to a permanent role. Hours are full time from 7am and can include Saturdays. Hourly rate $22.20 + holiday pay + overtime for anything over 40 hours a week.
