We are looking for an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of New Zealand’s leading commercial construction businesses. As the team expands to meet the needs of their current projects, there is now an opportunity in Palmerston North for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on this flagship project.
In this role you will be responsible for the financial management of the project, setting and monitoring budgets, reviewing cost to complete, programming review, progress claims and variations, and financial reporting systems.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years’ experience working on mid to large commercial construction projects, a tertiary qualification in quantity surveying or similar. You will have an excellent NZ contract law knowledge with strong financial literacy as well as exposure to Jobpac or a similar financial control package would be desirable.
