Our client, a leading cold store distribution company, is on the hunt for a 2IC to join their nightshift team.

While you will be part of the team, you will also be working in a supervisory capacity in a chilled room environment. Leadership experience will be ideal however it is not essential for the right candidate.

Hours of work are 4pm until finished (on average around midnight but maybe earlier/later depending on operational requirement). This role is rostered and requires availability on the weekends.

Pay for this role is dependent on experience. 10% overtime will be paid for any hours worked over 40.

To be considered for this role you will:

- experience working in a warehouse.
- competent using computer systems.
- be reliable and available to work across a 7 day roster.
- be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- have minimal to no convictions.
