Our well respected client is looking for a team leader to join their established crew. This is a great family owned business that services the lower North region and specialises in fences, decks, paths, patio's, concrete driveways and retaining walls. It's a job with a lot of variety and no two days will be the same. This role is hands on so you will be leading a team whilst mucking in yourself to get the job done on time and right every time.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm and overtime as required. For the right candidate the hourly rate will be extremely generous dependent on your skills and experience.

To be considered for this role you will have the following:
- Full class 1 drivers license. A class 2 drivers license would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Relevant building and/or concreting experience as well as proven experience leading a team.
- Able to pass pre employment and random drug testing.
- Your own transport to get to work each day - you will need to be able to get to Pahiatua when working from the yard.
