We are seeking an experienced Senior HR advisor looking for the next step in their career to join a well-known employer of choice within the health and disability sector, in a fulltime permanent capacity.
You will have five - seven years proven hands on experience as a generalist HR advisor with a medium to large organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a very successful team making a huge difference to our region.
• You will have a relevant tertiary qualification
• You will be able to work autonomously managing and will be involved in setting future HR structure and processes
• Proven experience in working in an environment where you have engaged with a diverse mix of people at all levels is essential
• A full clean drivers license is essential as some travel will be required
• You must be conviction free and able to pass all MOJ and police checks
• A high level of computer literacy is essential
