We are looking for a storeperson to join one of New Zealand’s largest end-to-end logistics experts, freight forwarders, and warehousing providers, based here in Palmerston North.

In this role, you'll predominantly be loading and unloading freight by Forklift, and providing drivers assistance with strapping loads etc. You will be a skilled Forklift operator with strong experience in a freight environment who is not afraid of getting stuck in. This role is Monday – Friday with 7am starts, until finished. Competitive starting rate offered of $26.46 per hour including holiday pay.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a valid, current forklift license
- Have Forklift experience, preferably in a freight environment
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Have minimal criminal convictions
A D endorsement (dangerous goods) is preferred however not essential as we can work with you to obtain this.

This opportunity will begin as a temporary assignment but has the real potential to move into permanent for the right person.
