On behalf our well respected Manawatu based client we seek a highly organised legend required – someone that thrives on getting things done in the most efficient way with the ability to give on the spot updates to a plan. You will have the ability to make an immediate impact to our business with focus on efficiency, profit, and growing in the right areas. The Senior Project Manager role will report into the General Manager Group and will be a key addition to the team. Preferably based in the Manawatu, but Wellington or Tauranga could be an option for the ideal candidate. This will however require weekly time in the Feilding Head Office.
You will be commercially focused and have a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience Project management of Demolition/Infrastructure projects.

About you:
 Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager Construction/Demolition sector or related industries
 Have a proven record of keeping projects to key critical paths and timelines
 Experience in contract administration and working through variance claims, extensions, and delays with key customers
 A proven record of keeping projects to budget
 Expert handling of the Microsoft Office Suite
 Great people skills and a relationship guru with both internal and external customers
 Ability to present project status and highlight challenges with viable solutions to the Senior Management Team
 Preferred experience with Workflow Max and Xero
