Are you an admin genie? One of our well-established clients is on the hunt for an experienced and amazing admin to join their tight knit family.
We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in basic admin with an attitude to learn, have the confidence in using Microsoft Office and have an eye for detail. This role is in the civil sector and so the successful applicant will be able to accommodate the changing needs of the teams.
What your day-to-day work will look like:
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 2:00-3:00pm
• Auditing and maintaining PPE gear and records.
• Keeping spread sheets up to date
• Following up on site paperwork
• Following up on payroll and timesheets etc.
• Need to be familiar with office suite etc.
