We are seeking an experienced consultant in our Wellington CBD office to manage all things recruitment with support from our HO based in Palmerston North. This role offers scope for an experienced agency recruiter to step up and make this branch their own!
As a generalist recruiter you will have, ideally, experience in white collar temp and perm and be able to fill the odd blue collar role as required. As a member of the TAS (AOG) panel we would especially like to hear from any consultants who have previous government recruitment experience. Your role will include business development, client and candidate relationship management, timely and professional filling of job orders and administration. We are a member of the RCSA so your code of conduct must be of the highest standard.
On offer to the successful candidate is a generous base salary, commission and bonuses. Cell phone, laptop etc also provided. We are a very supportive team that work together to ensure everyone is successful and we have a lot of fun - we take ourselves seriously but not too seriously!
