Operating in New Zealand since 1993, our client is a market leading engineering business specializing in locomotive HVAC systems.
Winning their first contract in 2000, they quickly grew to become a major provider of new build HVAC equipment for passenger trains and locomotives in the Australian market, building a wealth of experience especially in high ambient temperature environments.
Now, in 2023 this company has expanded into Australia with branches in Victoria and Western Australia as well as the ever-expanding branch here in Palmerston North.

We are looking for someone with a level 3 qualification in refrigeration, who wants to join a great company, with great people. Someone who is a hard worker and can thrive under pressure and work well in a tight knit team.
Our client is an industry leader in their line of business, and they pride themselves in delivering a high standard of products to their customers locally and internationally.
In the role you will be
• Trouble shooting on large industrial equipment.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintenance & repair work within the workshop.
• Supporting the rest of the team with projects.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills along with their refrigeration qualification

• Excellent time management skills.
• Someone who is reliable with good work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and meet industry standards.
