Operating in New Zealand since 1993, our client is a market leading engineering business specializing in locomotive HVAC systems.
Winning their first contract in 2000, they quickly grew to become a major provider of new build HVAC equipment for passenger trains and locomotives in the Australian market, building a wealth of experience especially in high ambient temperature environments.
Now, in 2023 this company has expanded into Australia with branches in Victoria and Western Australia as well as the ever-expanding branch here in Palmerston North.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, we are seeking the expertise of a Quality Controller in their market leading engineering business.

Your experience as a quality controller within the engineering sector, or previous experience as a welder or fabricator, or mechanical engineer, along with your eye for detail, will hold you in good stead for this critical role.

You will be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, where initiative and good communication skills are essential. A knowledge or ability to manage compliance to ISO9001 standards is very desirable.
