On behalf of our well respected Longburn based client we seek a supervisor who is forward thinking, has solid people managements skills and is not scared to pick up a tool and be hands on. Our client builds pallets so process line or construction experience would be advantageous but not essential. You will be supervising a large team towards targets each day and liaising with a forward thinking Operations Manager to ensure the success of the team. You will be required to be on the tools or forklift as required and lead the team with a level head. This is a permanent full time role Mon-Fri approx 8-4.30pm. To be considered for this role you will need to be drug free and have minimal or no convictions. There is an excellent hourly rate on offer to the successful candidate with genuine opportunities for advancement.
