NZ Scheduler

Location: Auckland, Auckland

On behalf of my well respected client we seek an experienced scheduler for this varied and interesting role.
You will have overall responsibility to ensure accuracy of the Service Office including monthly forecasts
for maintenance, working closely with the office deployment team and Region Service Manager.
You will be carrying out administration of systems to include deploying Technicians, to customers for both
emergency and scheduled work.
*Ensuring deployment forecast is 100% accurate at all times.
*Responsible for planning technician’s workload; changing technicians schedules for urgent/ reactive jobs and re-scheduling planned works accordingly.
*Correct scheduling ensures maximum utilization/absorption of labour.
*Working in partnership with other deployers (future growth) to ensure maximum utilisation of resources.
*Liaise with credit function to ensure new orders are approved i.e., account is validated and not on stop.
*Provide accurate financial forecasts for jobs that can be closed off and invoiced.
*Manage the customer service phone line and customer email requirements.
*Evaluate customer requests for technical assistance and hand over to the Service Technical Support.
*Receive goods and order as required into R12 Accounting system in line with Trane processes and policies.

The below skills and attributes would be advantageous:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience within corporate administrative function
Demonstrated knowledge and experience within a call center environment (preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience within a labour management/dispatch role (preferred)
Certificate in Business Administration (desirable)
Be a self-motivated/independent person
Maintain high standards of personal and team responsibility
