Junior Automotive Service / Repair technician (Mechanic)

We are looking for a Junior Automotive Service / Repair technician (Mechanic) with 2 – 3 years of experience, for a busy garage in Albany. To be successful in this role you will need to tick these boxes
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a service/repair garage.
• You must be proficient in diagnosing issues, and have a good plan to fix them.
• You need to display top-quality workmanship.
• You need to turn up on time every day you are rostered.
• This workshop runs as a well-oiled team. You need to be able to work and contribute as part of the team.
• You must maintain a safe environment and understand Health and safety within the workshop environment.

Finally, we need you to have the following –

• Full class 1 driver's license.
• You must be drug-free. (we will be testing the successful candidate)
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Basic computer skills (must be able to enter the data into the computer)
