Are you passionate about promoting safety and fancy a leading safety role in an infrastructure project based in South Taranaki?

Our collab of trades is seeking a Safety Observer to support the team for a six to eight week assignment.
The work cycle is Monday to the next Friday with the weekend off and repeat for another two/three loops.
We are seeking people who have experience in the Safety Observer space and thrive working in a tight knit team to get the project completed in the allocated time frame.

You would be comfortable working 10 hours per shift for the project and we can support your transport needs if necessary.

The roles requires you to hold the following qualifications and attributes:

• Safety Observer (NZQA 17596)
• Gas Testing (NZQA 3058 & 25510)
• Fire Extinguisher (NZQA 3271)
• Hazards of a Confined Space (NZQA 18426)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
