We are looking for a commercially savvy professional to join a well-respected and established company based in the beautiful Hawkes Bay. Our client is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated insurance brokerage who have looked after the insurance needs of Kiwis around the country for over 25 years.

The successful candidate for this role will have a strong customer service background, knowledge of the financial services market and a reputation for integrity. You will be comfortable actively identifying sales opportunities and leveraging leads while maintaining consistent sales.

As a position of trust, there are qualifications that must be held for this role. Whilst not a requirement to be considered for this position as training can be provided, a Level 5 qualification in Financial Services would be an advantage.
In addition to the above, the following experience is considered desirable:
• Solid proven sales experience
• Proven experience in building and growing relationships for business success
• Knowledge of financial services preferred but not essential
