Location: Palmerston North, Manawatū-Whanganui
Are you an experienced finance administrator with excellent Xero skills? Are accounts payable and receivable, budgets and payroll your thing? Then this may be your new job!
On behalf of our not for profit client, an incorporated society, we seek an experienced finance administrator to join their team part time. This role has flexible hours so may suit someone working around school times or other commitments. You will be office based for 24 hours a week in the CBD.
To be considered for this role you will have proven and demonstrable recent experience in all things financial :
* Invoicing
*Accounts payable and receivable
*Budget development
*Maintenance of asset register
*Payroll mainteance
* General administration duties as required
* Previous experience with Xero
* An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
This role requires a team player - this is a small close knit team and whilst financial administration would be your role everyone pitches in as required to answer phones and help each other. Previous experience as a financial administrator is essential - experience with an incorporated society would be advantageous but not essential.
