About the Role
As a Gantry Crane Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of heavy materials within a busy industrial environment. You'll work alongside a professional team where safety, precision, and reliability are key.

What You'll Be Doing
Operating gantry cranes safely and efficiently.
Lifting and moving heavy loads in accordance with site procedures.
Conducting pre-start equipment inspections.
Working closely with ground crews and supervisors.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Requirements
Minimum 12 months' experience operating gantry cranes.
Current NZQA Unit Standard 4711.
Current NZQA Unit Standard 3800.
Proven logbook evidence demonstrating your operating experience (mandatory).
Strong understanding of safe lifting practices and health & safety procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a reliable work ethic.

You Must Also Have
New Zealand Citizen or New Zealand Resident.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
Clean criminal history.
Reliable transport to and from work.
